“I love to teach people how to move, stretch, and breathe to feel better. When I teach qigong (breathing exercises with movement) and T’ai Chi, my goal is for members to learn the external and internal principles of T’ai Chi. Then, apply these principles emotionally, mentally, and with movement throughout the day to stay balanced in all aspects.”
