Bio: Albert earned his Associate degree in exercise science, and his certification as a fitness specialist, from Raritan Valley Community College. There, he trained under All American athletes and coaches. His specialties include sport style training, plyometrics (movements to improve speed and strength), and calisthenics.

An athlete himself, Albert loves sports. His favorites are basketball, football, track/field, soccer, and baseball. His lively, fun personality motivates each fitness session. Clients are sure to enjoy a laugh from his funny personality. Albert’s favorite foods include steak and chicken dishes.

Through helping members become healthier, and possibly adding years to their lives by doing this, Albert finds great fulfillment. He encourages effort, which is itself complete victory.
