The personal training staff at RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center integrates all forms of training as part of a progressive system. It is designed to train a society that has more muscular imbalances, aches, pains and susceptibility to injuries than ever before.

Our personal trainers meet with you to complete a thorough needs analysis and provide you with a personalized exercise program. Your program is designed to ensure that you safely and efficiently achieve results.

During your program you are guided through specific phases of training encompassing the principles of stabilization, strength and power. Whether it’s balls, bands, machines or body weight training, the exercises are integrated into a personalized program to produce success.

Schedule Your Orientation today!

As part of your membership, spend two hours with one of our highly qualified fitness professionals to discuss your goals, review your medical history and go through the Functional Movement Screen. The fitness professional will assess the information and create a safe and effective workout routine.

Additional personal training, semi-private training, and small group training options are also available.
