Chris provides invigorating fitness sessions to assure his clients finish confident and energized.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Montclair State University. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in supply chain management at Seton Hall University (SHU). His experience includes interning at SHU athletics, working alongside strength coaches to gain insight and discover new exercise methods.
Chris customizes his training programs to meet the needs of the Center’s diverse membership. He focuses on strengthening and conditioning, using full-body training techniques. He specializes in increasing stamina and building muscle.
