Edward Kotwica

Edward Kotwica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, with a concentration in criminal justice administration; and a Master of Education degree in special education from William Paterson University. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with certifications in P90X Live through Beachbody and dotFIT.

His workouts focus on regimens practiced by police, firefighter, and EMS technicians, which emphasize strength and circuit training. Edward Kotwica believes accomplishing something when it is most difficult has the greatest rewards. Personal Trainer Edward Kotwica is eager to help you succeed and maintain enthusiasm for a healthier life through fitness.
