Frank Ulrich

Accomplish the most from your time at the Center. Personal Trainer Frank’s goal is to help you do this. He earned his personal training certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. His success includes 20 years of training experience, as a personal trainer and bodybuilder. As a professional bodybuilder, Frank won many titles at national- and state-level competitive events.

Frank’s fitness programs focus on strengthening and overall conditioning. He specializes in primary resistance training, body sculpting, toning, core training, and increasing balance. Each session demonstrates it is not what you can lift but how you lift it. Through proper form and effective guidance, Frank helps members reach their exercise goals– whether it be lifting a briefcase or preparing for athletics.

Frank enjoys helping members feel better about themselves through exercise. He admires his clients’ efforts, especially beginners as they take initial steps toward a healthier life.
