Joe earned his personal training certification from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. He has several years of experience in the fitness industry, proving himself to be an enthusiastic and motivated trainer. Joe’s philosophy is simple: True wealth is good health. By teaching his clients correct exercise techniques; effective functional, resistance, and aerobic training; he demonstrates the truth in this belief.
At his leisure, Joe enjoys running outdoors, boxing training (his favorite sport), and spending time with family and friends. Constantly working to improve and broaden his fitness knowledge, Joe currently pursues specializations in senior fitness, as well as speed, agility, and quickness.
