John Lancaster

John is a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is a licensed physical therapy assistant with certifications in TRX, kettlebell training, and functional movement screening (FMS). John has achieved level 1 and level 2 certifications through the World Calisthenics Organization. He is passionate about helping members improve their lives through exercise.

As a competitive Muay Thai kickboxer, John is always researching and implementing new methods of training. He builds his clients’ self-confidence by working them through appropriately challenging fitness sessions. His focus is on functional, full-body training that is fun and exhilarating.

John often incorporates TRX training, kettlebells, and progressive calisthenics (bodyweight training) into his training programs. He is skilled at sport performance training and corrective exercise routines. John also has experience helping children with disabilities. Witnessing these young exercisers overcome physical limitations allowed John to recognize the power of a positive attitude. He believes anyone who remains steadfast can accomplish goals.

He educates his clients on proper body mechanics and movement so they can excel on the Fitness Floor and beyond. John’s clients leave the Center feeling strong and healthy.
