Kerry Bridge

Kerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Fairfield University. She is certified as a personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor from the National Exercise Trainers Association. Also, she earned a Pilates reformer certification from PHI Pilates. Kerry accomplished additional certifications in Reebok cycle, stability ball, Pilates mat, and bender ball. She continues to educate herself through a variety of workshops, including Zumba and Kinesis.

Several years of teaching Group Fitness classes inspired Kerry to complement her career by offering members personal training sessions. Whether teaching a class or training individually with a client, Kerry helps cultivate energy and strength through exercise. She demonstrates how days are brighter and life is enriched through fitness.

Her programs focus on core strength and flexibility. Kerry helps her clients achieve safe, controlled movement while reaching fitness goals as well as during daily activities.

When not working with members at the Center, Kerry enjoys a quiet cup of tea at home with her husband, and their three children and dog. You also may find her at the shore, watching the waves roll in. She considers the opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives a true blessing.
