Kevin graduated from the National Personal Training Institute, earning certifications in personal training and nutrition. He is a certified kettlebell instructor through Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification. He is also certified in functional movement screening. His Z-Health certifications give a boost to Kevin’s skills; they include: R-phase, I-phase, S-phase, 9S: Structure; 9S: Strength & Suppleness.
He was active in sports and exercise since he was five years old. Kevin grew to focus his efforts in wrestling, dedicating over fourteen years to wrestling competitions and coaching. After suffering injuries that required surgery on his knee and shoulder, Kevin spent intervals in physical therapy. It was through this episode he discovered his passion for personal training.
He specializes in post-rehabilitative training, injury prevention through mobility and movement training, and weight loss goals. He also enjoys sport specific training, with a focus on speed and agility improvement and power and Olympic weightlifting.
In his leisure, Kevin spends time hiking, short-distance running, playing football, wrestling, and golfing. He loves anything that involves the beach and the outdoors.
Kevin’s clients quickly realize exercise does not have to be difficult to be effective. He customizes each session to his clients’ needs, skills, and likes. Kevin takes pride in his work and the positive impact it has on the health of those with whom he interacts.
