Personal Trainer Marykate Glackin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Kean University, and her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a certified coach through the International Membership of Professional Advisors, Coaches, & Trainers.
After listening to members’ needs and fitness goals, she creates appropriate exercise programs using a variety of training methods. Marykate Glackin specializes in strength training and conditioning, with a focus on core stabilization and balance.
