Congratulations to Kelli Higgins, RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center’s Personal Trainer of the Month for June 2016!
Kelli Higgins earned her Bachelor of Science degree in global fitness and wellness at Kean University. There, she studied a variety of topics, including kinesiology, biomechanics, athletic injuries, anatomy, and physiology. She also simultaneously earned her personal training certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
She focuses on fun when creating customized fitness programs. Kelli believes an enjoyable workout is a motivating, effective one. She helps her clients overcome obstacles, including those perceived versions. Throughout training sessions, she shares the knowledge needed to keep you going strong.
Kelli Higgins’s goal is to help members never throw in the towel, but rather use that towel to wipe the sweat off their faces!
