Kenny has been terrific. He knows just how far to challenge me. He is excellent at making modifications when I struggle. He’s also very good at positive reinforcement. He tells me how much I’ve progressed since we started training, which then makes me want to work even harder. Our personalities click, and the hour flies by before I know it. He’s also got me hooked on his favorite go-to meal: a piece of chicken, sweet potato, and Brussels sprouts. My hope is to one day be able to call myself an authentic “gym rat.”
