Patricia has helped me along my fitness journey in many significant ways! She is incredibly knowledgeable about how different exercises affect different muscle groups and takes the time to explain everything to me so I have a better understanding of the mechanics of each exercise. She helps me form and update my goals as time goes on, and she focuses on what to do during my workouts and how to live a healthier lifestyle off of the Fitness Floor, such as offering guidance regarding diet.
