Jake has been a huge part in helping me achieve my fitness and weight goals. We train once a week, sometimes twice, and it has seriously improved my overall health. I’ve lost weight and, along with that, have started gaining muscle for the first time in my life. He takes his time creating workout routines to make sure I, along with his other clients, see the best results in ourselves after each and every session. I couldn’t recommend Jake enough as a Personal Trainer.
