Sarah has helped me to get the most out of my strength training sessions. She encourages me to eat balanced, small meals, including “good carbs” like sweet potatoes, before my sessions so that I will have enough energy. She also continues to help me focus on the proper form for each type of exercise. Sarah challenges me to slightly increase the weight and number of reps as I have gotten stronger. My arms are very toned, and my legs are much stronger. Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. She enjoys helping me to meet my goals. She encourages me to think of my training sessions as fun!
