I have been doing resistance and strength training with Jake since early summer 2025. For the last several years before joining the Center, I limited my exercise to cardio, but I have been experiencing increasing skeletal muscle issues. My orthopedist and physical therapist strongly suggested that I get back to a regular strength-training program. That’s where Jake came into the picture. While this hasn’t been a miracle cure, it wasn’t going to be at my age. I have significantly less back pain and greater balance and stamina, which I consider a win.
