Why did you go into Personal Training:
I felt called to return to school to study degenerative neuromedicine in order to help fight dementia. While learning about the benefits of exercise, it became clear that the best way for me to contribute before finishing my degree was to help people train safely and effectively. Having experienced the pitfalls of improper programming myself, I strive to be the trainer I wish I had.
