Personal Trainer Mark helps build a healthier community, one individual at a time. He is a level 2 personal trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools, and a student instructor in foundation training from Foundation Training, LLC. Through foundation training, he helps his clients optimize fitness skills and overcome challenges.

Mark’s fitness sessions include body-weight exercises, with a focus on breathing and core stabilization. His techniques help everyone from athletes to post-rehabilitation exercisers reach their potential—and beyond.
