Gabriel demonstrates the exercises first, so I can see them and follow through. He meticulously observes my movements, and politely makes corrections if needed. In each session, he includes exercises for all muscle groups and checks after each exercise to verify the correct movement or weight. He has gradually increased weight and or added increasing balance requirements. He records my exercises on a log sheet each session. Also, he is encouraging. For my age and fitness, I want to exercise carefully- increase my ability but not overdo it. I highly recommend him as a trainer.
