Why did you go into Personal Training?
My motivation to become a Personal Trainer stems from a desire to share my passion and decades of experience for fitness and wellness with others while helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives. I’m passionate about instilling the power of movement in others, empowering them to live a full life free of limitations. I’m mainly driven by the desire to help women feel strong and confident in their bodies. I believe in learning to live a healthy lifestyle free of restrictive diets and negative self-talk. I’m dedicated to helping my clients live their best physical and mental lives through the transformative power of exercise and healthy habits.

Patrice is an amazing trainer. She is knowledgeable, fun, and creative. Every time I walk out of a session, I feel better than when I started! Each workout is different and tailored to my goals and body. I felt bad about my upper body strength when I began working with Patrice. My arms are much stronger now and more defined. Patrice has an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and is skilled at creating exercises that work to increase strength and address deficits. She is also great at adapting on the fly. If I come in with pain or tightness, Patrice will have me do an exercise that makes me feel better. She also encourages me to push myself – I do weights and movements with her that I would never do alone! And she is easy to talk to, making it fun to be there. I know that when I work out with Patrice, I will be challenged and have a good time doing so!
