Fun Fact:
Driven by my love for dogs, my son and I have the privilege of raising puppies for The Seeing Eye in Morristown. Contributing to an organization that fosters dignity and independence is deeply rewarding. Outside the studio, I enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, weight training, cardio, and Pilates reformer exercises. These activities not only keep me active but also challenge my fitness goals.

Why did you go into Pilates Instruction?

Pilates captivated me with its emphasis on precision, control, and core strength. Drawn to disciplines that maximize the body’s potential, I was attracted to its focus on flexibility and body awareness. Pilates’ blend of strength and mobility allows me to explore new levels of mind-body mastery, inspiring my practice and passion for helping others unlock their physical capabilities.
