Why did you go into Personal Training?
After years of being an athlete, I had to work through the unknown factors of maintaining my health on my own. I spent a lot of time educating myself, and after years of coaching the youth, I realized I wanted to expand the range of people I helped. Personal Training allows me to work with people of all different realms of capabilities and help people feel better.
