Why did you go into Personal Training?
My own experience with multiple overuse injuries in my chosen sport of distance running led me to pursue the right way to exercise, strength train, and reduce injury risk. I am passionate about helping others reduce their injury risk, feel better, and get stronger!

I just had my third cardiac event after open heart surgery. I graduated from cardiac rehab, but I am still short of breath all the time. I also lost my balance due to a surgical complication. Drew is fantastic! He created a plan just for me. He never asked me to do an exercise unless he was sure I could do it safely. Our workouts were slow but steady. I got better and am more confident. My core is stronger. My posture has improved. My pain is gone. Now, I am walking without tripping. I’m breathing without gasping for air. I even passed my last stress test, and I feel good. I feel healthy. Thank you, Drew!!
