My favorite yoga pose is a headstand, and I did headstands throughout my pregnancy until I was eight months pregnant.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I started this fitness journey by teaching yoga and realized how much strength and balance were required for the classes I was teaching. When I started my workout journey, it transformed my yoga practice. I then realized the importance of having a balance between strength and flexibility. It brings me great pleasure to impact my clients’ overall quality of life. I love to challenge everyone I work with and watch them grow, get stronger, and do things they never thought possible.
