Patrice is an amazing trainer. She is knowledgeable, fun, and creative. Every time I walk out of a session, I feel better than when I started! Each workout is different and tailored to my goals and body. I felt bad about my upper body strength when I began working with Patrice. My arms are much stronger now and more defined. Patrice has an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and is skilled at creating exercises that work to increase strength and address deficits. She is also great at adapting on the fly. If I come in with pain or tightness, Patrice will have me do an exercise that makes me feel better. She also encourages me to push myself – I do weights and movements with her that I would never do alone! And she is easy to talk to, making it fun to be there. I know that when I work out with Patrice, I will be challenged and have a good time doing so!
