Alyssa Sutherland

Personal Trainer Alyssa helps members look and feel their best with effective fitness programs. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from George Mason University. Her experience includes working in physical therapy and chiropractic settings.

Alyssa specializes in workouts focused on core training, with elements to help chronic back issues.

Alyssa loves playing and coaching softball. She was on the George Mason University softball team. She also enjoys basketball and soccer, and spending time with her big family.

Alyssa strives to help her clients reach fitness goals efficiently and safely.
