Personal Trainer Andrew (Drew) thrives on helping others achieve their best. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Monmouth University, and his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His experience includes working as an endurance coach, as well as post-collegiate competitive distance running.
Drew specializes in strength and conditioning development. His sessions focus on core training to increase flexibility, balance, and functionality. He is also skilled at incorporating cardio exercises to help improve stamina.
He is a hockey fan, track and field runner, and musician who loves playing guitar and singing. Drew also enjoys hiking, meditating, reading, and writing. Fun fact: In middle school, he learned how to dance.
Drew strives to keep members positive throughout their fitness journey, emphasizing accomplishments and overcoming challenges.
