Why did you go into Personal Training?
Coaching is the epitome of my “why” where I discovered how deeply I value guiding people toward their fullest potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Becoming a trainer was a natural combination of my passion, knowledge, and expertise in teaching, science, and motivating others to reach their goals. I believe in using evidence-based practices and personalized support to empower others to improve their health, performance, and overall quality of life. I want every person I work with to feel supported, capable, and inspired to reach not just their fitness goals, but their best quality of life. For me, training isn’t just a career—it’s a calling to help others work towards the healthiest, happiest, most fulfilled version of themselves.
Fun Fact:
My research and writing on the integration of social, emotional, and intellectual theories and their significance in coaching is currently pending publication.
COLLEEN’s Success Stories
Anita H.
Colleen is meeting me where I am in my fitness journey. I am 63 and do not like to exercise on my own, but I will do it with a Personal Trainer. Colleen focuses on form over the number of reps so that I learn correctly. She does not push me past my abilities, but she does challenge me more each time. Thanks to Colleen and my former trainer, I am working body in a beneficial way.
Rivca Z.
Colleen has a keen understanding of my physical limitations and devices, as well as my workouts and exercise plans, to give me the best possible training results. Colleen is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I have already started to feel and see a positive change. Most importantly, I don’t like exercising, but Colleen has made working with her enjoyable and important.
Patricia M.
She is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and a great listener. Due to her sessions, I can now climb stairs and do squats. From the first session, there was a lot of improvement with my knee. I would highly recommend Colleen as a personal trainer to anyone seeking a professional trainer.
Ruth A.
Coleen is very knowledgeable and professional. I have and old injury, and she has been working with me, and I am now walking better. Very happy I found her.
