During my initial training, I shared my lower back pain with my trainer, James. He tailored exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting a healthy lower back. While I wasn’t perfect in my attendance, I showed up enough to feel a significant difference over the winter and summer months. Recently, I encountered another issue with my lower back and returned to physical therapy. The therapists were surprised by how strong I had become, noting that my recovery would be much easier because of it.
