Why did you go into Personal Training?
I became passionate about health and fitness in 2016 when I realized the importance of weight training. The gym made me stronger not only physically but mentally. I realized that not too many people knew the benefits of exercising and how life-changing it can be. So, I became a trainer to empower and educate everyone to invest in themselves in a way that could only benefit them in the long run. My goal is to transform as many lives as I can, one exercise at a time.
