Why did you go into Personal Training?
I became passionate about health and fitness in 2016 when I realized the importance of weight training. The gym made me stronger not only physically but mentally. I realized that not too many people knew the benefits of exercising and how life-changing it can be. So, I became a trainer to empower and educate everyone to invest in themselves in a way that could only benefit them in the long run. My goal is to transform as many lives as I can, one exercise at a time.

Training with Sarah has allowed me to push harder during workouts. I like the variety in our sessions, using mostly free-weight, which I prefer to using the machines. Since September, working with my Personal Trainer, Sarah, has truly been a life-changing experience. When I first started, I was hoping to feel a little better and maybe lose a few pounds, but what I’ve gained has gone far beyond that.

In the last several months, I’ve lost 15 pounds and, more importantly, feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in my body. Movements that once felt difficult now feel natural, and my flexibility has improved in ways I didn’t think were possible at my age.

What sets Sarah apart is her dedication and attention to detail. She is incredibly diligent about my form, always making sure I’m performing each movement safely and effectively. That level of care not only helps prevent injury but also makes every workout more productive.

At the same time, she knows exactly how to challenge me. Sarah has a way of pushing me just beyond my comfort zone—never too much, but always enough to keep me progressing. Because of her, I’ve been able to do things I never imagined I could.

Beyond the physical changes, Sarah has helped me build consistency and confidence. I actually look forward to my workouts now, which is something I never thought I’d say.

Working with Sarah has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in her clients’ success—and I’m living proof of that.

Sarah has helped me to get the most out of my strength training sessions. She encourages me to eat balanced, small meals, including “good carbs” like sweet potatoes, before my sessions so that I will have enough energy. She also continues to help me focus on the proper form for each type of exercise. Sarah challenges me to slightly increase the weight and number of reps as I have gotten stronger. My arms are very toned, and my legs are much stronger. Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. She enjoys helping me to meet my goals. She encourages me to think of my training sessions as fun!

I’ve been training with Sarah for the past year, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better Personal Trainer. She consistently pushes me to my limits while still making me feel supported and capable.
