I’m also a visual artist—precise, creative, and just the right amount of quirky. My clients often hear me say, “I might lose count of your reps, but I’ll never lose sight of your progress.”

When I started a year ago and I couldn’t even stand up. Since that time, MJ has helped me become stronger and stand on my own two feet. I have a lot of health problems. I am 60 years old. I still have more work to do, but I am in a lot better place than when I was. She is not only my trainer but also my friend. She really cares about her clients. She studies what is wrong with you and tries to help you with that. I had something wrong with my shoulder, and she helped me with it. She is a very caring person. Thank you, MJ.

MJ is so much more than a Personal Trainer; she is a vessel of inspiration, discipline, and genuine encouragement.
I’m in my 40s and have spent most of my life hating exercise. I knew it was important for my health, but I always struggled with motivation. When I finally decided to pull the trigger and was paired with MJ, I was impressed from our very first consultation. I relayed my fears, and she helped me examine my entire mindset. We discussed the mind-body connection and emotional well-being as much as we did physical health. Somehow, she even convinced me to commit to twice a week!
I was terrified when I started. I’d never done this level of physical activity, I have zero coordination, and I truly doubted whether I could do it. Those first few weeks felt like torture, but we at least had some laughs at how terrible I was at everything. She gave me exactly what I needed:
-Deep Expertise: She is constantly educating me about anatomy, form, and function across so many different modalities.
-Dynamic Sessions: She keeps things fun and fresh with a huge variety of exercises, routines, and equipment.
-Fast Progress: Because of her guidance, I started seeing and feeling results much quicker than I ever expected.
The benefits have been tremendous. I am in the best shape of my life. I feel strong, have more energy, and sleep well. I can do so much more around the house; I feel the difference in my strength and my ability to move every single day. Now, I run around the house doing push-ups for no reason, like a beast! I have no more anticipatory anxiety around our sessions, lol. My relationship with exercise has definitely improved from seeing how much I’ve gained. And, I genuinely feel proud of what I’ve accomplished.
It’s also important to note that MJ is just a lovely person. She always greets me with a smile, and you can tell she sincerely wants her clients to feel good about their progress. She even gave me the loveliest gift: she recorded me doing some exercises and created an inspiring music video of a session. Seeing myself do things I never thought I was capable of meant so much.
She’s incredible! I know she is in high demand, but if you are lucky enough to be paired with MJ, you will be challenged, have fun, learn, and thrive.

When I began my sessions with MJ almost six months ago, I was using both a rollator and a cane to help with my mobility and balance issues. With her patience and specific training exercises tailored to my needs, my family and I have noticed the slow and steady progress I’ve made in regaining the strength, independence, and confidence I need to feel like my old self again.
Being able to go up and down a flight of stairs without holding onto the banisters the entire way, walking around the house without a cane, and doing simple chores at home while feeling more productive—all of these things make me feel confident that I’m positively going to be the same person I was before, or maybe even better!

MJ is an amazing trainer. She understood my goals and tailored each workout to what I needed. She never missed a session and was always extremely professional. I would 100% recommend her.
