Fun Fact:
I did a 46-hour no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon to help fight pediatric cancer. I compete in Olympic lifting. My dog, Duke, is a 67 lb. lapdog and my biggest motivation.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I love helping people. I am a natural leader, and when I was involved with sports, I helped my teammates and would spend extra time helping them learn and master drills they needed to improve upon. The human body can do incredible things, which drove me to want to know more about how and why we move.
Patricia’s Success Stories
Cheryl P.
My trainer, Patricia, helped me transform my body by showing me how to improve my workouts. Patricia explained to me how more muscle mass increases fat and calorie burning. She encouraged me to eat healthier and suggested strength training three times a week in addition to my cardio workouts. By following her advice, I lost weight and inches and gained muscle. With Patricia’s help, I continue to improve—crushing my current goals and setting new ones.

I want to thank Patricia from the bottom of my heart for all the support, guidance, and encouragement she’s given me during my recovery journey. I have been through numerous leg surgeries and have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. When I started my sessions with Patricia, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I had doubts about my abilities, and I wasn’t sure if I could really make a change. But her energy, knowledge, positivity, and willingness to help made all the difference from day one. She believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself, which added to my motivation to keep going. She helped me feel strong and confident. Her training sessions are always challenging, but somehow, she makes them fun, too.
Patricia listens, pushes me through bad days, and tailors our sessions so that I can progress in a way that works for me. She keeps the exercises interesting! I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I know I couldn’t have done it without her help. She’s improved my life, and I’ll always be grateful for her support and dedication. Thank you for being an incredible trainer and an even more incredible person. I enjoy our time together!

Fitness is not only about physical health; it is a gateway to mental clarity and peace. I used to be a belly dancing instructor and had a very active life, then slowly, I stopped teaching, stopped dancing, and went into a menopausal age period. I felt myself out of shape, depressed, and simply not happy. I decided it was time for change and help. I rejoined RWJ Fitness & Wellness and was introduced to the amazing Patricia. After the first workout with her, I knew she was the one I needed. It took months of progress, but with her guidance, I built my physical strength back and gained confidence, happiness, and self-respect. I love classes with Patricia. Each session is different and fun. I never thought I would love working out as much as I do now.

Patricia is an inspirational teacher and role model. Her education and extraordinary talent make her an ideal coach. This 66-year-old body is doing things I could have never imagined. I am privileged to know her and thankful she took me on as a student.
Patricia is patient and very skillful. She is cautious but pushes me just beyond what I think is possible. She is encouraging and funny in her attitude and approach. This professional is a treasure who deserves to advance in her career.
Patricia has transformed me in body and spirit. She is an asset to RWJ in more ways than I can describe. Because of her, I am thriving. At 66, I am lifting my weight and not stopping. Instead of accepting the aging process, I am growing despite it. Instead of ” going to seed” like so many older ladies, I am a powerhouse, all because of Patricia’s commitment, consistency, and encouragement.

I informed Pat that I was having total knee replacement surgery in two months. She began a program to strengthen my legs, glutes, and core. She also told me how to lose weight by recording my food intake. Therefore, I saw my dietary requirements and strengthened my core and legs. I have been recovering quickly, and in less than two weeks, I am back to the ️

I came to Patricia in November 2022. I have been working out, and as a certified Personal Trainer (not practicing), I have knowledge of exercise and nutrition. Patricia has shown me so much more. I had no real plan, and Patricia helped me set up a training plan based on my goal of body re-composition. She made me realize that I didn’t need hours in the gym – just the right combination of exercises and consistency. She also taught me that I need to eat to get results – something many people don’t realize. I am definitely on my way to achieving my goals.

Patricia is not my trainer, but she is critical to me since she has taken on the challenging task of working with my husband, who lives with a challenging mercurial and global disorder. Patricia is engaging, fun, and motivating. My husband looks forward to his hour-long workouts, which often leave him tired but better off. Working with someone with specific difficulty displays her skill and compassion. Thank you for all you do.
